FitBox45 trains individuals who have never before walked into a boxing gym, and those who have years of experience and want to continue competing. Founded by USA Boxing Certified Coach, Mitt Coach, and USA Amateur Boxing competitor of 15 years, Sam Alicea. We believe that anyone, no matter your age, fitness, or experience, can learn the art of boxing.
