Pop in anytime between 4-9 on Wednesday 9/3026 and join us for a ticketed tasting of Oktoberfest, Pumpkin beer, DDH hazy IPA, Hard Cider, Saison, and Imperial Stout. Tickets are $20 per person and can be purchased at the shop the day of the event.
1) Lager Town Seasonal Marzen-style Oktoberfest delivering toasted malt, caramel and herbal hops. A rich, ruby-colored seasonal lager. Half Acre Brewery, Chicago, IL 5.8% abv
2) Pumpkin Smasher Pumkin beer brewed using real pumpkins and savory pumpkin pie spices giving hints of natural cinnamon and nutmeg. American hops balanced with Pale, Aromatic & Caramel malts create a full-bodied taste. Big Muddy Brewing, Murphysboro, IL 6.0% abv.
3) Fallen Flag Double dry hopped hazy IPA. A true standout from Missouri's craft beer scene. A hazy IPA loaded with tropical aroma and smooth hop character. It delivers waves of mango, citrus and stone fruit over a soft, pillowy mouth feel. Narrow Gauge Brewery, Florissant, MO 7.0% abv
4) The Lady Legendary Hard apple cider made with a blend of local, rare Heirloom apples aged in oak barrels. An off-dry cider with a taste similar to sparkling white wine. The cider effortlessly pairs with roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, or a sharp cheddar cheese plate. Sherborn, MA 8.0% abv
5) Saison Du Ble' Blend The harmony of a fluffy wheat saison and a tart, Missouri saison. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and their local microflora adds complexity and acidity. This saison was aged in oak for several months before being naturally conditioned in the bottle. Side Project Brewery, Maplewood, MO 7.0% abv
6) Chocolate Chunk Sundae Imperial stout with cacao nibs and vanilla. Pours jet black with notes of rich dark chocolate ice cream, creamy vanilla, marshmallow, dark roasty malts, caramel, and molasses. Trillium Brewery, Boston, MA 10.5% abv
